I’m an experienced business operator and advisor who has spent more than 25 years building businesses, leading large teams, solving complex operating problems and creating growth.

My career has included leadership roles at CVS Health, Talbots, Deloitte and Monitor Group. At Talbots, I helped build the Factory Outlet business from 6 stores into a $100+ million division with more than 70 locations. At CVS Health, I led the digital pharmacy product organization responsible for web, mobile and API capabilities serving tens of millions of customers and thousands of stores.

Earlier in my career, I advised retail, consumer products and healthcare companies on growth strategy, operating models and new business opportunities.

Today, through Rocky Top Group, I bring those experiences to two areas where I believe I can make a difference: helping small and mid-sized businesses improve and grow, and advising early-stage healthcare companies as they build and scale their businesses.
